Glenn Falls is a triple falls hike in Highlands, NC
Visitors can access Glenn Falls via a moderate hiking trail that is approximately 2 miles round trip. The trail winds through the forest and offers beautiful views of the surrounding landscape along the way. At the end of the trail, visitors are greeted with the stunning sight of Glenn Falls, which cascades over three tiers of rock before pooling at the bottom.
The area around Glenn Falls is also popular for swimming, wading, and rock hopping, so it is a great place to spend a warm summer day. In addition to the hiking trail to Glenn Falls, there are several other trails in the area that offer beautiful views of the waterfall and surrounding forest.
To access Glenn Falls, visitors should take Highway 64 east out of Highlands and turn left on Buck Creek Road. Follow Buck Creek Road for approximately 2 miles until you reach the parking area for the Glenn Falls trailhead. From there, the trail is well-marked and easy to follow.
