Moore Cove Falls is a beautiful waterfall located in Pisgah National Forest near Brevard, North Carolina. The waterfall is approximately 50 feet high and is known for its distinctive shape, which resembles a large, gently sloping slide.

To reach Moore Cove Falls, visitors must hike a moderate 0.7-mile trail that winds through the forest and follows a creek. Along the way, visitors will pass several scenic viewpoints and smaller waterfalls before arriving at Moore Cove Falls.

Once at the falls, visitors can enjoy the beautiful scenery and even walk behind the waterfall to get a unique perspective. The area around the waterfall is also popular for picnicking and relaxing in the natural beauty of the forest.

To access Moore Cove Falls, visitors should take US Highway 276 north from Brevard, North Carolina, for approximately 5 miles until they reach the parking area for the trailhead. From there, visitors can follow signs to the Moore Cove Falls trail, which is well-marked and easy to follow.
