The trailhead is located at the end of Waterfalls Road in the South Toe River area. From Asheville, you would head north on I-26 E. Take exit 9 towards Burnsville/Spruce Pine, then follow US-19 N to State Hwy 80 S in Micaville. Continue on State Hwy 80 S to your destination in Busick.

Burnsville is the closest town to Roaring Fork Falls and is a charming mountain community filled with quaint shops, local restaurants, and art galleries. The town is also home to the Parkway Playhouse, North Carolina’s oldest continually operating summer theatre.

A little further away, you’ll find the larger town of Asheville, a bustling city known for its vibrant arts scene, historic architecture, and the grand Biltmore Estate.
